When you engage Seebach Creative Services, you'll quickly realize that our only goal is to help you grow your business by creating long-lasting and impactful creative materials that your customers will remember!

Below is a brief overview of our process:

Free Consultation

After you contact us, the first thing we'll do is schedule a 15–30 minute telephone call with you so we can learn more about your business, the products and services that you offer, your short- and long-term goals, what your specific creative needs are, etc. During this call, we'll ask questions and you can too. This is the time to see what you need and how we can help. We are also available to meet in person if you are located in the Dayton, Ohio area. There is no fee for this consultation. 

Defining the Scope of Work (SOW)

Once we have a clear direction of the project and what the creative needs are, we will email you a Scope of Work (SOW) document. This SOW will outline the project specifics/deliverables and due-dates for you to review and ensure accuracy. If changes need to be made, this is the time to do it.

Proposal and Fees

Once the SOW is agreed upon, we will send you an official Proposal. This Proposal will outline the project, deliverables, due-dates and our fees. Once this document has been reviewed, signed, and returned to us, we'll get right to work.

Invoice and Payment

Once job is completed, payment will be due in full before final materials are provided—unless previous arrangements have been made. In some cases (i.e. size of job), half of the total invoice may be required up-front with the balance of the invoice to be paid in full once job is completed. We accept the following forms of payment: Business Check, Money Order, or Cashiers Check.
